Having completed the works on the Golf Club Castellar

Castellar – It’s started the countdown for the presentation of the new golf course of Castellar that Saturday May 17 will open its "doors" to members of the city authorities and the territory. It’s finished by the wise hands of the staff of a company, which in recent months has worked to establishing the new structure of nine holes that alongside the existing driving range.
The work was carried out by the society Fratelli Bruno of Fiano (Turin) leader in the sector of the golf construction on the most modern golf courses in Piedmont and not only, under the drawings of the architect Giorgio Ferraris.
Franco Lovera is the chairman of Castellar Golf Club Srl, which represents the corporate owner of the golf, while the sporting aspect is followed by a similar company chaired by Engineer Gianluca Re.
The course, which will be presented to the press next Saturday, will open the game in mid-June. There is great expectation for what it applies to become an enabler for the economy not only for Valley Bronda, but also for the cities of the Marchesato and represents an example of urban upgrading really admirable, especially in the spring season, when the nature gives her best, in an explosion of colours and scents.
The new golf course, affiliated to the Italian Golf Federation, has nine holes (Par 36) and will host competitions at all levels, that is played in camps to eighteen holes, simply repeat the path twice.
Alongside this, members, which today share exceed 180, will find the usual field test with the putting green (to carry out coups processing) and pitching green (to carry out coups entrance to the green) and their clubhouse.
The May 17 will see near the new golf course with its lakes, enriched by the presence of a cascade of flowers, and the hills topped by a soft mantle of grass prepared and cut in a workmanlike manner for the first challenges. The historic pro Aldo Cameran will be accompanied by the young, but experienced, Marco Mores.
